LOGO REVISION REQUEST
All logos get to have 3 revisions done if need be by request from the client. Turn around time on revisions vary depending on the nature of the change! If you need additional changes made after the first three revision request have been done each additional one thereafter is $45 and this must be paid prior to any additional changes being made. PSD FILES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RELEASED.
*NOTE* IF REVISION REQUIRE FOR THE ARTWORK TO BE RE DRAWN, REVISION FEE IS INCREASED TO $100 (Illustration Logos and maybe some creative control and advanced logos )
COMMUNCATION DURING CREATION PERIOD
DONT PANIC! When you complete your order form and it redirects you back to the site, that is your confirmation that we have indeed received your order! A ZmarsDesigns representative will NOT contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more then welcome to reach out via email but please do not await a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.
REFUND PROCEDURE
There are no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on and/or issued out.
HARASSMENT AND SLANDERING
If in the event a client is documented slandering or harassing Zmars Designs LLC or any extension of Zmars Designs LLC with untrue statements falsehoods or any similar action of harassment toward the company, its employees and/or work that is produced after placing a order and signing the contracted agreement, it will activate the kill clause in the agreement. The kill clause is equal to the amount of the initial deposit or payment made and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The contracted agreement is auto terminated and all designs created will remain the property of Zmars Designs LLC. Use of work done in connection with the project and without our consent and/or continued harassment from the client could result in additional fees or legal action
