TURN AROUND TIMES

Turn around time on ALL tag designs is 7 - 10 business days.

Turn around time can vary if all items for the project are not included on order form or have to be given at a later time.

Need your design quick, fast, and in a hurry? No problem, just rush your order and get the design only in 24 - 48 business hours! RUSHING IS FOR DESIGN ONLY! You can rush it when you order direct from the form! If you have already paid for your cards and want to rush the design now just click the time clock to the left of this section!
COMMUNCATION DURING CREATION PERIOD
DONT PANIC! When you complete your order form and it redirects you back to the site, that is your confirmation that we have indeed received your order! A ZmarsDesigns representative will NOT contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more then welcome to reach out via email but please do not await a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.
REFUND PROCEDURE
There are no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on and/or issued out.
