Ingredients required
- Bhindi / Okra / Lady finger (250 g) - Ginger paste (3-4 tablespoons) - Garlic paste (3-4 tablespoons) - Red chilli powder (1/2 tablespoon) - Turmeric powder (1/2 tablespoon) Salt to taste Oil for frying - Method: 1. Wash and clean bhindi, apply ginger and garlic paste, add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for an hour or two.
Preparation Process
Take some oil in a pan and heat it. Add garlic, sliced bhindi and salt to taste. Mix well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Remove from flame and serve hot with chapati or roti. Enjoy your meal with bhindi sabji and enjoy

Garlic is very healthy and beneficial for our health. Today I am going to share with you a Garlic , which can be made in 3 steps. These steps are so easy that anyone can make it at home without any difficulties. So friends, let’s see how to make it. Here are simple steps: Take 50 grams of garlic and wash them properly with water. After washing, peel off their skin and then chop them into small pieces. Now take one kilogram of bhindi (okra) and cut into small pieces as well. Then take 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
After heating oil add chopped garlic in it and fry till they become golden brown color from all sides. While frying garlic stir them continuously otherwise they will burn quickly. When fried garlic becomes golden brown color then turn off stove and keep aside. Now take another pan or kadai and heat it on high flame. After heating add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds in it along with 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix well until mustard seeds start crackling. Then add 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1⁄4 teaspoon garam masala powder and mix well again till spices get mixed properly with oil.
